Note: If you received a confirmation email with your invoice, your registration is complete (please note that it may take 1–5 minutes for the email to arrive).
If the registration page still shows your registration as incomplete, this is likely related to browser caching following a recent update. Clearing the browser cache should fix the issue.
To clear your browser cache in EventsAir:
• Right-click anywhere on the EventsAir page
• Select "Inspect"
• Click the ">>" symbol in the menu bar and choose "Application"
• Under "Storage," click "Clear Site Data"
• Refresh the page and try logging in again
If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the problem, try using a different browser.
